ClaudeBench Drift provides a hosted software service for private coding-agent benchmark monitoring, model drift alerts, failure replay, and ROI reporting. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit the website, start checkout, or use the service.
Information we collect
We may collect account contact details, support messages, billing metadata, plan selections, usage events, benchmark configuration, task metadata, agent run results, logs, diffs, test outcomes, and technical information such as browser type, referrer, approximate region, and IP-derived security signals. Payment processing is handled by NOWPayments, and we do not ask you to send wallet private keys, seed phrases, or passwords.
Customer code and benchmark data
Customers are responsible for choosing what task data is submitted to the service. The service is designed for scrubbed task fixtures and sandboxed benchmark runs rather than production secrets. Do not submit secrets, regulated data, or production credentials unless a separate written agreement allows it and adequate controls are in place.
How we use information
We use information to operate the website and product, create benchmark and ROI reports, process checkout status, provide support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, enforce terms, maintain security, and satisfy lawful obligations. We may use aggregated or de-identified operational metrics to improve the service.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, monitor, and process payments for the service, including Cloudflare and NOWPayments. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell customer benchmark content as a standalone product.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, maintain audit records, and enforce agreements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for a hosted SaaS service, but no internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
International use
The service may be used by teams in the United States, Europe, India, and other regions. Information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate. Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with laws that apply to their data and organization.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information where applicable law provides those rights. Some information may be retained where necessary for security, legal, tax, payment, or dispute purposes.
