These Terms govern access to ClaudeBench Drift, a hosted software service for coding-agent benchmark monitoring, model drift alerts, failure replay, and ROI reporting. By using the website or service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Service scope

ClaudeBench Drift provides technical software and reports. The service does not provide legal, financial, procurement, security certification, or compliance advice. Outputs are informational and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before business or engineering decisions are made.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep access credentials secure. You may not use the service to attack systems, upload malware, violate law, infringe third-party rights, bypass usage limits, interfere with service operation, or submit data you are not authorized to process.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for repository access decisions, benchmark task selection, secrets removal, sandbox configuration, agent permissions, review decisions, and compliance with laws and third-party terms that apply to your code, data, and tools. Do not submit production secrets or sensitive regulated data unless a separate written agreement permits it.

Payments and renewals

Paid checkout is processed through NOWPayments. Prices are shown in USD, and cryptocurrency payment settlement may depend on network conditions and provider checks. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until cancelled. Taxes, exchange rates, blockchain fees, and provider fees may apply.

Refunds and cancellation

You may contact support@aigeamy.com for billing help, cancellation, or refund requests. Refund eligibility depends on service usage, payment status, applicable law, and provider constraints. We review reasonable refund requests in good faith and typically respond within three business days.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, provider, or business reasons. We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party models, coding agents, CLIs, repositories, CI systems, payment networks, or hosting providers.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to your customer content. We retain rights to the service, website, software, designs, workflows, templates, and documentation. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and support your use of the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where permitted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding payment obligations.
